I've been working in a private company since I graduated last May 2009. Same company but different position. Naging IT-Staff ako.. Naging Global Service Desk and now.. Database Administrator/Developer..
I really can't imagine na popromote ako bilang isang DBA.. siguro dahil na din sa kakulangan sa oras at sa biglaang pag-reorganization ng aming department..
Pero bago ang lahat.. hindi lang naman ako isang IT Professional.. na puro computer at programming lang ang hilig..
Last February 2010, I bought a DSLR.. akala ko noon madali lang itong paganahin..at sinabi ko sa sarili ko di ko ito masyadong kakaririn dahil sa hobby lang naman ang habol ko..
I started taking pictures of my friends, stuffs and places I've been.. I ask my friends to come with me in some places like Washington Park at kung san san pa para lang picturan ko sila.. Praktisan lang kumbaga..
It's been a year and I have lots of experiences na din when it comes to photography.. many people love my shots.. most especially my friends.. so I decided na karirin na lang din ang pag aaral ng photography.. I planned to go to a Photography class but since tight ang budget, I just read some online books and forums for me to understand some techniques..
We have this tenant (nangungupahan sa apartment namin) na nagke-cater sa mga special occasions like weddings, birthdays, debut, baptismal, etc.. they told me that they really really love my shots.. kaya naman they want me to cover their event.. so siempre bilang hilig ko na din sia.. nag yes naman ako.. they pay me more than I expect... for me naman, it's not the value or the money they gave me,..it's the trust and appreciation they're showing me..dun pa lang masayang masaya na ako..
So since then, parati na nila ako sinasama sa mga lakad nila.. kung minsan nga nahihiya na ako eh kasi parang feeling ko di worth it ung number of shots na tinetake ko.. pero since masaya sila sa trabaho ko.. masaya na din ako..
Kunin ko na din tong opportunity to advertise their catering services...
